Management
Christian Tanguay (he/him) – Executive Director
Christian has been involved in the Montreal LGBTQ+ community for many years. A graduate of management from HEC Montreal, he first became involved in a dedicated way with Jeunesse Lambda. His volunteer experience and academic background made him a perfect candidate for the position of Executive Director. So Christian joined the Centre in the summer of 2014. His plans to modernize the Centre and his dedication to the cause will certainly allow the Centre to continue to increase its potential to support and benefit the community.

André Ho (he/him) – Program coordinator
André is the Program Coordinator of the Montreal LGBTQ+ Community Centre. For him, marginalized communities are not the source of the problem, but rather they bear the brunt of the problems imposed on them. As a result, his philosophy is “when we demand justice, we do not bother others; it is others who feel bothered”, which is an invitation to speak out for the communities he works with.
